Lift & Run — Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lift & Run. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. This policy outlines how we process and ship orders using our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful.
1. Order Processing
Each item is printed on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality checks before shipment. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates (Flat Rate + 30% Markup)
We apply a flat-rate shipping fee with a 30% markup to cover handling and fulfillment. Free shipping is available above specific order thresholds.

3. Shipping Locations
We ship to most regions in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries. For special requests, please email support@liftandrun.shop.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
5. Shipping Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or seasonal volume. If your delivery seems delayed, contact us at support@liftandrun.shop and we’ll investigate immediately.
6. Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately from different Printful facilities to ensure faster delivery. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if applicable, at no extra cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your order number and tracking details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
